You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any product-specific terms or documentation provided with a particular Service. Availability
The Services are provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruption, or discontinuation of the Services.
Intellectual Property
YNMIDK LLC owns its software, source code, designs, graphics, text, branding, and original content, except where third-party materials or open-source components are used. Third-party materials and open-source components are subject to their respective licenses and notices. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the YNMIDK LLC name, logo, or branding, except as expressly permitted in writing.
App Stores and Third-Party Services
Some Services are distributed through third-party app stores, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play, and may rely on third-party services for functionality such as analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and in-app purchases. Your use of those stores and services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. YNMIDK LLC is not responsible for third-party services.
In-App Purchases
Some Services may offer in-app purchases. In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s terms and refund policies. YNMIDK LLC does not process payment credentials directly.
No Warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YNMIDK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF YNMIDK LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, IT IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
